Originally from Toronto, I know the rhythm of this city — the drive, the pace, the pride — and how that energy shapes performance. I grew up here, played hockey through the city’s minor leagues, and studied at The Bishop Strachan School. That foundation still runs through the work I do today, supporting athletes and professionals around the world through Quantum Performance.

Former Mental Performance Coach for the AHL San Diego Gulls, working with top prospects of the NHL Anaheim Ducks organization.
With over 15 years of experience and dual Master’s degrees in General and Sport Psychology, Kate blends science-backed methods with personalized strategies to help high performers sustain focus, build resilience, and perform at their best.
As a former college and professional hockey player — and an Olympic hopeful — Kate understands the unique demands and pressure that come with competition. She’s worked with a diverse range of clients, from professional athletes to elite military personnel, and is the Amazon bestselling author of Get Into the Zone and two other books on performance.
