Kate Allgood is a mental performance coach, former college and professional hockey player, and founder of Quantum Performance Inc.

For more than sixteen years, she has worked with professional, Olympic, collegiate, military, and youth performers, helping them develop the skills necessary to remain steady under pressure and free in performance.

Her work focuses on attention, self-regulation, self-trust, and helping athletes pursue excellence without losing themselves in the process.
