Kate Allgood is a Sports Performance Mindset Coach and CEO of Quantum Performance Inc. This high-performance coaching firm specializes in mental training for athletes, and Kate has worked closely with top athletes in the NHL, NFL, LPGA, Supercross, and other professional leagues.
