Most athletes train their body. Few ever measure their mind.
You know your speed, strength, and endurance.
But do you know how your focus and decisions hold up under pressure?
When you don’t measure how your attention and decisions hold up under pressure, you’re guessing.
That’s when:
-
Confidence feels fragile — one mistake shakes everything.
-
Focus slips — attention jumps from past error to next worry.
-
Mistakes spiral — recovery is slow, momentum is gone.
When you do know your mental stats, you can train with precision—just like you do in the gym.
This is why pro teams and elite programs use objective mental assessments before they design training plans.
What is TAIS?
The Attentional and Interpersonal Style assessment measures:
-
How you use your attention under pressure.
-
How you communicate and make decisions.
-
Where your blind spots hold you back.
This isn’t a personality quiz. It’s data you can train.

Why It Matters (Benefits)
Build lasting self-trust
Confidence comes and goes. Self-trust stays. By understanding how your mind operates under pressure, you build the steady trust that you can handle whatever the game throws at you.
Sharpen focus and decision-making
Every competition demands split-second choices. TAIS shows you how you naturally take in information and make decisions — so you can train those skills with precision instead of guesswork.
Recover faster from mistakes
Mistakes are part of sport. What matters is how quickly you reset. Knowing your attention and reaction patterns helps you stop spirals before they start and move forward with clarity.
Train with precision
Just like a strength program is tailored to your body, your mental training should match your unique attentional style. TAIS gives you the blueprint for a personalized plan that strengthens your mental game over time.
