INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP MENTAL PERFORMANCE COACHING
The right setting depends on how you want to learn and the support you need. Explore personalized training with Kate or develop your mental performance alongside other athletes.

WHEN SHOULD AN ATHLETE START MENTAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING?
You can begin when a challenge keeps showing up or when you want to invest more deliberately in your development. Mental training can be part of preseason preparation, a transition to a new level or your ongoing routine throughout the year.
Coaching may be relevant when you want to:
Stay involved in the game instead of getting caught in analysis.
Respond to a mistake without carrying it through the rest of competition.
Navigate expectations, selection decisions or a changing role.
Rebuild trust in your abilities after injury or time away.
Prepare and recover with greater awareness of your energy and needs.
Develop further alongside your physical and technical training.
We use these experiences to identify what you can train. That may include redirecting attention, rehearsing a response, adjusting preparation or practicing how you stay with yourself through uncertainty and difficulty.
